Event Insurance
To simplify the process of submitting the Event/Insurance Statement, the centre treasurer has taken the time to produce MS Excel templates for each of the centre disciplines. Select the correct document from the list below, download it and save as an Excel templates (.xlt).
To use, simply fill in the event details totals and the insurance amounts will be calculated automatically. Print off the sheet and send to the treasurer with an appropriate cheque.
